SaintGarms Return Policy

At SaintGarms, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Below, you’ll find our return policy to ensure clarity and transparency.

Return Eligibility

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, giving you ample time to determine if it meets your expectations. Refunds for the purchase amount will be processed within 7 days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item shows signs of wear, damage, or any condition different from when it was purchased.

• Sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process & Tracking

• Using a tracking code (Track & Trace) is mandatory for all returns. This ensures both you and SaintGarms can monitor the shipment.

• Returns without a valid tracking code will not be eligible for a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match its description or is defective, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. Once your claim is validated, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs & Handling Fee

• To keep our prices competitive, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Since our items are sourced from and shipped to various locations, return costs depend on the shipping destination.

• A handling fee of 150 SEK / 12 EUR will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

• Administrative fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 days using the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

• The actual return shipping costs must be paid directly to the carrier.

• Customers MUST email us for the return address, as it is not publicly available.

SaintGarms reserves the right to update this return and refund policy at any time to align with applicable legal requirements. We also reserve the right to adjust our prices when necessary.
